Incredible Travel Photos with Oliver Klink
Join industry leading photographer Oliver Klink as he travels the world to capture Incredible Travel Photos.
With a focus on rendering wildlife behavior and grand vistas, Oliver’s work stands out from other wildlife and nature photography you’ve likely seen in its ability to stir the emotions of the viewer in powerful, unexpected ways.
“Giving nature the ability to speak through my camera is what inspires me.” - Oliver Klink
One of his secrets for capturing intimate scenes is the use of shorter lenses and cameras traditionally employed for portrait and fashion photography. Combined with an extensive knowledge of his subjects, such techniques allow Oliver to work from close proximity, delivering images that make you feel as if you were there.
Oliver also focuses on presenting his work in unconventional ways, mastering framing techniques on glass that complement the sense of freedom of his photographs.
Oliver Klink’s photographs have received many recognitions and honors including recent publication in National Geographic (Best Wall Paper, 2009), publication in Popular Photography Magazine (Best kept secret of wildlife photographers, March 2010). He received the 2009 Mike Ivanitsky Award for Excellence in Photography, was included in the NANPA 2009 Top 100 images showcase, and received the PhotoCentral 2008 and 2009 Spring Show People’s Choice Award. His work has been exhibited at various US and international galleries.

Hasselblad Excursions – Incredible Travel Photos with Oliver Klink
Hasselblad is offering a series of unique nature workshops in which the participants have the chance to use a Hasselblad 40, 50, or 60 megapixel camera with a full set of lenses in locations known for their scenic beauty. These workshops are not only about using the best camera (Hasselblad H4) for high resolution imaging. They also focus on sharing the tips professional photographers such as Oliver Klink use on a daily basis.
To complete the experience, Oliver and the other instructors will offer post processing extensions to the workshop where participants have a chance to put on paper the grand scenes they photographed.
“Thanks again for the help with photography and printing. You are the Black Belt of Photography & Printing” – Bob H., participant in the Hidden Gems workshop (Arizona).
In his workshops Oliver will focus on “the photography eco systems”. These include image capture, work reviews and critiques, getting organized with your photography, printing, and most importantly, enhancing the “art of seeing”.
